Requests for closed captioning or sign language interpretation
PRACTICE NOTE NO. 15
Closed captioning or sign language interpretation services will be provided to a person who is deaf or hard-of-hearing and is scheduled to appear at a proceeding as a party or as a witness.
A person requiring these services must submit a written request to the Registrar no later than two weeks prior to the hearing.
The Court will assume the costs of providing such service.
