Documents filed with the TCC and evidence admitted by the TCC are part of the court record and are normally accessible to the public. It is therefore best to avoid including sensitive personal information in your documents.
We urge you to file your documents electronically. Aside from the initial filing fee associated with filing an appeal to the TCC, there are no additional costs associated with e-filing.
