Born in Montreal. Educated at Collège Marie de France (B.Sc. 1975), University of Montreal (LL.L. 1978) and University of Sherbrooke (M.Fisc. – Tax Law 1981). Called to the Québec Bar 1981. Associate, Stikeman Elliott, Montreal (1982-83), Counsel, Federal Department of Justice, Montreal (1984-93). Former member of the Board of Directors, Collège Marie de France and Lycée Claudel. Member of the TCC Rules Committee. Appointed Judge of the Tax Court of Canada on June 18, 1993.
