Educated at University of Sherbrooke (LL.M. 1971, M. Fisc. 1974). Called to the Québec Bar in 1973. Prior to his appointment, Partner, Gowling Lafleur Henderson (practised mainly in the areas of tax and corporate law), member of l’Association de la planification fiscale et financiére, member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, author of several articles, frequent speaker on tax matters. Appointed Judge of the Tax Court of Canada on June 19, 2003.
