NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION

I wish to inform you that the amendments to the Federal Courts Rules concerning expert witnesses have been approved by the Governor General in Council.

The Rules amending the Federal Court Rules were registered on September 21, 2006 and came into force on that date.

These amendments are posted on both the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal websites.
