Court Docket - a listing of documents, hearings, directions, and Orders for each designated proceeding listed below.

   Note: the Court docket is available only in the language of the proceeding.

Please note that the recorded entries regarding the Security Certificates are now available from the Court Index and Docket menu link.

In order to get access to public documents filed in Court, call the Ottawa Registry at 613-992-4238 to arrange to view the file in person or to request a copy by fax.

   Note: there is a fee of $0.40 per page to get a copy of Court documents, either in person or by fax.
