Please note that these procedures have been established by the Registry to respond to matters of an urgent nature which arise after regular business hours. For this service to remain effective and viable, please ensure that duty officers are contacted in response to urgent circumstances that cannot wait until the next business day (e.g. a request for an urgent court hearing, the arrest or release of vessels, cargo, etc.), or to urgently deliver information outside of normal Registry hours.
